SHIPPING
All SITOLAB orders are shipped from our studio in Zagreb, Croatia.
If not stated differently, please allow 1 week to produce before shipping.
STANDARD SHIPPING – we ship items with HP (Hrvatska Pošta)
Europe- app. 1 week (12 EUR)
United States- 1-2 weeks (20 EUR)
Rest of the world- 1-4 weeks (20 EUR)
Croatia- 2-3 days (35 HRK)
Please note, these are only shipping estimates, as standard shipping is not a service with a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Orders shipped to EU countries are free from any import duties or taxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason, you wish to return your item, please contact us with your order number and you will receive a return address. Items must be returned within 2 weeks from delivery date. Once the items are returned to us in their original condition (including packaging), you will receive a refund. Please note, an item can only be returned if in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Please follow these steps when returning/exchanging an order:
1. Send an e-mail to sitolab.screenprint@gmail.com
2. Make sure that the item(s) is packed neatly in their original packaging.
3. Please, make sure to state the package as a “RETURN” with value 0 on the outside of the package

Please note, some items are not eligible for return, such as items customized or made to order at a specific size. They are considered final sale, unless defected. Products on sale, as well as other items purchased with a discount are also considered final sale.
Please check your size carefully before ordering.
ORDERS
After you place your order in our shop, your item (if not stated otherwise) will go into production.
You can expect it to ship 5 business days (excluding weekends) from the date your order was placed. If you need your item shipped sooner, please, don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
Each purchase comes packed in our gift boxes or bags. You can also include a personalized gift message, just be sure to leave a note during checkout, or simply email us after you have placed your order.
PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Delivery arrangements
Your shopping bag on the Site displays the goods you have chosen and the Seller who shall provide them. Details of postage and packing will be displayed at the checkout page. The delivery costs vary according to the delivery destination. Any delivery times quoted are in working days.
Import regulations and duty
If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that items may not be deliverable overseas due to local law and it shall be your responsibility for any failure to deliver the goods overseas due to local law. Returns
If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund of any cancellable item purchased through the Site please contact us at sitolab.screenprint@gmail.com, in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges policy. Once the return or cancellation has been completed, we will refund the purchase.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
